Open Water Diver Course: Open Water Training at Square Lake
Directions to Square Lake
From downtown Minneapolis take Highway 35W North to Highway 36; go east on Highway 36 for approximately 16.7 miles to Manning Avenue/County Road 15 and take a left; follow Manning Avenue for about 7 miles to County Road 7/Square Lake Trail; turn right (go east) on County Road 7 for 4.2 miles and look to your left for the sign marking the entrance to Golden Acres Park. Plan on a 40-45 minute drive from downtown Minneapolis.

Please Note
When we go to Square Lake for dive training we use Golden Acres Park as our shore location, NOT Washington County Park. Here's a tip: if you have to walk down a long flight of outdoor stairs to get to the beach then you are at the wrong park!
