Come join Superior Expeditions and Northland Scuba for this caribbean sailing and diving fantasy. One week on a 65 foot air conditioned sailboat, four or more dives per day, including a shark dive, and a chance to catch your own dinner.
Each week Blackbeard's three sailboats (Sea Explorer, Morning Star and Pirate's Lady) depart from from Nassau, Bahamas, on a live-aboard, scuba diving adventure to the Outer Islands of the Bahamas. Once the home of pirates and privateers, these islands now offer spectacular diving in warm, crystal clear waters with deserted beaches as backdrop each during your adventure travel. Their all-inclusive trips are about half the cost of most other live aboard dive trips.
Above water, explore a deserted beach. Later watch a spectacular sunset and prepare for the night dive. After a fine meal, you can enjoy a cocktail under a starry, moonlight sky. Oversized berths and below deck air-conditioning assure a peaceful night's sleep.
There is no set itinerary. The boats go where the diving conditions and weather are the best to offer divers an adventure of a lifetime! Live-aboard diving offers the best variety of diving available. Check out the famous Road to Atlantis, dive with sharks at Bull Run, watch eagle rays gracefully glide by, or shoot photos of all the great macro and micro shots you will see in the clear water of the Bahamas.
Superior Expeditions instructors will be on hand for students wishing to complete their open water dives on this trip. The cost for the open water dives and gear rental from Superior Expeditions is an extra $300.
